Standard Manufacturer's Warranty
Every QC tool comes with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty at no extra cost. No registration required. If your tool fails under normal use, we cover it.

Covered Products
This warranty covers QC styling tools, including the blow dryer, flat iron, curling iron, and any tool included as part of a QC set.

What's Covered
During the warranty or extended protection period, QC will repair, replace, or refund a covered tool that experiences:

• Mechanical or electrical failure
• Heating element failure
• Internal component failure
• Defects in materials or workmanship from normal household use

What's Not Covered

• Cosmetic damage, scratches, dents, or normal wear and tear
• Accidental damage, misuse, neglect, or improper storage
• Damage from power surges, liquid, fire, or external causes
• Unauthorised repairs or modifications
• Commercial, salon, or professional use
• Lost or stolen products
• Products with altered or illegible serial numbers
