Shipping policy

QC Beauty currently ships within the United States only. Standard shipping is free on all orders of $99 or more.

Shipping options

Standard: 4 to 7 business days. Free on orders of $99 or more, otherwise a flat rate shown at checkout.

Express: 2 to 3 business days. Flat rate shown at checkout.

Delivery estimates begin once your order ships, not when it is placed, and apply to orders placed before 12pm PST, Monday to Friday.

Order processing

Orders placed before 12pm PST on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 12pm PST, or on a weekend or holiday, are processed the next business day. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Order tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse. Tracking numbers may take 24 to 48 hours to update with the carrier.

Shipping restrictions

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We are unable to ship to international addresses at this time.

Delays

Occasionally, factors outside our control such as severe weather, carrier delays, or high order volume can affect delivery times. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please reach out and we will help track it down.
