Refund policy

Eligibility

  • Standard returns: return any product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
  • Defective products: return within 30 days for a replacement or full refund.
  • Final sale items: not eligible for return unless defective.

Conditions

  • Product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • All accessories and documentation must be included.
  • Products showing intentional damage or modifications will not be accepted.
  • Valid proof of purchase from QC Beauty required.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at hello@qc-beauty.com with your order number, item, reason for return, and a photo of your receipt.
  2. We will issue a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and return shipping instructions.

Return Shipping

  • Defective or incorrect orders: we cover return shipping and provide a prepaid label.
  • Change of mind returns: customer covers return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked and insured service. Refunds are only processed once the product is safely received.

Refunds

  • Processed within 10–14 business days of receiving your return.
  • Refunded to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect.

Exchanges

Contact us within 30 days to arrange an exchange. Subject to availability — if the item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.

Returns after 30 days

For any change-of-mind returns accepted after 30 days, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your final refund. Additionally, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipping label, as pre-paid labels are not provided after the initial 30-day window.

LIMITED TWO-YEAR WARRANTY

At QC, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We warrant that our hair dryers, hair straighteners, curlers, and other styling tools will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use for a period of two (2) years from the date of original retail purchase.

If a defect arises during the warranty period, QC will, at its sole discretion, repair the product, replace the product with the same or a comparable model, or provide a refund of the original purchase price upon verification of the defect and proof of purchase.

What Is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
  • Failures occurring during normal intended household use.

What Is Not Covered

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, alteration, improper storage, or unauthorised repair.
  • Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage that does not affect product performance.
  • Damage resulting from commercial, professional, rental, or salon use unless otherwise specified.
  • Damage caused by improper voltage, power surges, or use contrary to product instructions.
  • Lost, stolen, or discarded products.

How to Obtain Warranty Service

To make a warranty claim, contact our Customer Support team at hello@qc-beauty.com. You may be required to provide:

  • Proof of purchase showing the date of purchase.
  • Product model information.
  • A description of the issue and supporting photos or videos.

Customers may be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning products for warranty evaluation, except where prohibited by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Legal Rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

 

EXTENDED WARRANTY PROGRAM

Customers may purchase an optional Extended Warranty that extends coverage for an additional two (2) years beyond the standard Limited Two-Year Warranty period, providing a total of four (4) years of warranty protection from the original purchase date.

Extended Warranty Pricing:

  • Flat Irons, Curling Irons, and Cordless Styling Tools: $29.99
  • Blow Dryers: $49.99
  • Bundles and Sets: Eligible for preferential bundle pricing, offering a lower cost than purchasing Extended Protection Plans for each product individually.

Eligibility and Purchase Terms:

• The Extended Warranty must be purchased at the time of product registration or within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date.
• Proof of purchase is required for both the product and the Extended Warranty.
• The Extended Warranty becomes effective immediately following the expiration of the standard Limited Two-Year Warranty.
• Coverage under the Extended Warranty is subject to the same terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions outlined in this Warranty Policy.
